The screws are threaded to the hub. Keep them out. If you have acess to a harmonic balancer puller, You might use the screw hole threads (don't screw in too far, so you get the hub too!) and use it to "pull" on the rotor. Also, you might tap all around the rotor with a metal hammer to shake teh rust a bit (not too hard).
All in all, it should come right off.......yes, I know that might not be the real world story.

I also taped the lugs a little to get mine loose, you can press them back in if they get loose, just don't "bugger" the threads.

Actually if you look at the picture you will see two holes that are not for the taper head Phillips screws that mount the caliper to the hub. Therse two holes are threaded and by installing a bolt in each, the bolt will apply force against the hub face, and carfully tightning each while carefully hitting the rotor with a hammer it should help to break the rotor loose.

I finally got the rotor off (with the help of my loving wife) but now I need to know if I bleed all the brakes? Or just the one I took the rotor off (I still have to replace the brake pads on the drivers side) Also, how do I make the brake shoes fit?

You don't bleed any of the brakes. Unless you opened the bleeder valve and allowed air into the brake system. All you need to do is to push the caliper pistion fully into the calliper before re-installing the caliper on the wheel.

No, you do not need to remove the hose. What you need is a big enough C clamp and put the screw side in to the piston whole and the solid side on the back of the caliper and twist the c clamp to push in the piston. Make sure you do this evenly so you dont mess up the piston. Better yet if you can get a big enough c clamp then leave the old pad on over the piston and put the c clamp on that and the back of the caliper and push it in that way by twisting the c clamp down to compress the piston. do this on both sides. you do not need to disconect any hoses and you do not need to bleed the system. Just be sure to check the resevior after you get the job done and you push the brake pedal a couple time to get the pads back to normal position. Just make sure the brake fluid is not over filled or to low when the job is complete.
