hi i need to buy new leaf springs, and wanted to know, what the best lift height of the leaf spring should be; to get rid of the rear end sag in my 4runner. im not looking to go to the sky just oem standard without sag

Standard height is level. Sag is worn out.

If you have 2" of sag, and put on 2" of lift spring, you will raise the rear by 4".

Get the same size you currently have...

im on a tight budget and if i were to have the srings re-sprung with a 1-1/2 inch lift to them would that solve most of the rear end sag or is it not even worth it to spend the money on the re-spring

from what I hear... rearching the stock springs is not worth the money. They tend not to last very long at all. And if you want a cheap suspension mod, do the chevy spring swap - fabrication and welding involved though.
