I do not get an rpm drop when I jump the connector which leads to to the tps. I do not want to spring the dough for a tps right now and am wondering; if my idle is @ 800 and I set the timing at 12-13btdc is this good enough to get me by? I do not detect any pinging but have also heard that sometimes pre-detonation occurs even if you do not hear it. I have a new knock sensor, just wondering if I am going to screw anything up by running like this?

IIRC 12* not jumpered and 10* jumpered. I'm currently running 15* with no problems. My 3.0 isn't exactly stock though lol.
