Curently have ADD on my 94' 22r 4x4 and the mileage isn't stellar. Something went wrong with the 4x4 and I have to switch the vacuum hoses on the valves to get it to work. Thinking about skipping the diagnosis and converting to manual hubs. Any info or product leads is appreciated, thank you...

I have used Warn's hubs on my '94 V6 with ADD for many years. I have heard that the OEM manual hubs may be stronger. I do moderate 4 wheeling and haven't had any problems with this setup. I never noticed any significant change in mileage.
I think this setup is better than original since the axles aren't turning all the time, which is easier on the CV joint's and CV boots since I use lowered bumpstops and keep the torsion bars cranked up a little bit.

At least not real noticeable. Your CV wear will decrease though.

None but a decrease in wear in the moving parts since they are not turning all the time. It is not that the stock hubs are stronger it is the way they are fastened. The Warn hubs do not use the cone washers to aligned them and hold them tight to the wheel hub. Under normal conditions, they are fine, but under heavy wheeling conditions the Warns have a tendency to loosen which causes the studs and locating pins to break .

Depends on the truck, it's condition and how you drive...
Saw a 1-2MPG increase in my 86 auto when I switched. My ex-wife's 4Runner was switched right away with no visible change. Some of the Taco folks claim anywhere from 0-2 mpg.
Brian K. Gallus I have nothing important to say.

One other thought - could your poor gas mileage be due (or at least partially due) to a vacuum leak from the ADD system?

Change the hubs anyway . Like the Chili dude says , less wear on moving parts , thats a good thing. Go to a yard and pick a pair off an old SA. Just got a set myself for the wifes 95gg and swapped it out for 20$.
