This is probably a simple solution. How do i go about winding the winch cable onto my M8000 Warn? What is the easiest and best way to get the cable wound in a tight way. Thanks

Spool it all out, hook it to somethign immovable, set your Ebrake a TAD... not much. Just enough to create some resistance, and winch your truck up.
