Can I get away with this, without my truck looking too lopsided??? what are my spring options. I would like more lift mainly in rear.

So you want to use a stock FRONT coil in the rear? No, you cannot do this. The front coil springs are much smaller in diameter and shorter. How much lift do you want? You can get new OME springs which will give you 2.5-3" of lift or a variety of coil spacers to give you 1-3" of lift. If you haven't spent quality time on Steve's website, I suggest you do. Everything you could want to know about 3rd gen suspension. http://fastq.com/~sschaefer/

I am talking about replacing my rear springs with something after market, and keeping stock springs up front.
