Body Damage is Cool
I'm building a rear bumper for a fellow trooper owner. I've aways liked seeing build-ups, thought some of you guys/gals might like to see.
Its going on a 2001 trooper.

Your welds are looking better and better!! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" /> Yeah, I really enjoy these writeups with tons 'O pictures. I'll be here for the next installment. I definitely want to see how it develops and comes out. Looks mighty beefy. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/mrt.gif" alt="" /> Keep it up!

Oh, what's the diameter on that shackle tab hole?

Thanks guys. Jordan, I'm using flux core, no gas.
I've finally got to the point where I can make somewhat clean welds with it. It only took me 40lbs worth of wire to get there. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

The hole is 7/8". It takes awhile to drill <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shiner.gif" alt="" />

I don't think your shackle tabs are thick enough...might bend 'em <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

Looking good!

There only 3/4" <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/mrt.gif" alt="" />
I always thought the ARB style tabs were too small, They can bend if you pull from an angle.

Thanks guys.. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/patriot.gif" alt="" />
