I painted it black but I wasn't happy with the fit and finish. I kinda rushed into painting it before I was done with the finishing. So I took it back to bare metal and regrinded and hand filed/sanded the bumper some more. The black paint pics are from before the regrind. Regrind....... Hand file/sand..... I wish I had the patience to take that kind of measurment and cutting. I just measured, cut and welded. Filled in what I needed and ground the rest. Looks good. My only concern, it looks really tight to the body, so much so that it appears it will hit when the body/frame flex. Is this going on a street truck or more offroad? Maybe another 1/8-1/4" to allow for flex?
