My 85 4runner's starter just recently started acting up a bit. A problem I need to get fixed because it is currently 4sale. When you turn the key to start it, it starts and then keeps trying to start. If you turn the key back a hair it quits and runs perfectly fine. Is it in need of a new lock cylinder?

Might be the ignition switch sticking, pull out the cylinder and see if it is dirty inside. Or it may be the starter solenoid sticking on, due to unevenly worn contacts:
