Need a Spot
hey guys im back with a little problem. for all of u who have rebuilt a 22re there is a spacer on the back of the engine that either goes infront or behind the flywheel and i am not sure which way it goes. if any of u have pictures or know where it goes plz let me know asap. i just want to get this damn thing done!!!!!

Sounds like the flexplate.

2 holes should line up with top bellhousing holes. There's a round hole on one side where your starter will come thru to engage the flywheel.

Take pictures for yourself next time, or slow down and take notes and mark things.
