How hard is it to put tj flares on a yj and how do you do it. also can you put a 12.5'' wide tire on an 8'' wide rim.

shouldn't be anything to it. You'll just have to cut the rear fenders out a little more with a saws-all or jig saw. Its really your preference. As a general rule you can run tires that are up to 4 inches wider than the wheel so you should be fine.

there's a step by step in the tech archives on this... i plan on doing the same one of these days.

a 12.5" (that's usually a 33" tire) on an 8" wheel is no biggie although some will say you'd need a 10" wide wheel.
