Hello, I have a 91 Montero RS four door... Looking around the net and I don't see to many opions. Old Man Emu looks good but what do you think?
Also, for the front, is cranking the torsion bars the only option? Thank you.

What type of wheeling or just for looks? 2 inch body lift and 33's should get you what you want <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/patriot.gif" alt="" />

Search for "lift." You will find something. Gen2 montero coils will give you a lift in the rear. You can gain in the front by cranking the T bars. You can import a "lift kit," from Thiland, I think. You can put air bags in the rear coils. You can fit 33s easy with little to no lift, very minor cutting of front bumper end caps. Depends on what you want to do with it.
I just want to tell you both good luck, and we're all counting on you.

Yeah I'd like to run 33's with as much lift as safely possible. Great looks and function would be nice. I've also read about Valley Springs for the rear coils, are they still around?
Over where I'm at in Texas we don't have any rocks to climb, just muddy ranch roads and the beach(South Padre Island)

Yeah I'd like to run 33's with as much lift as safely possible. Personally, I like as much tire as possible with as little lift as possible. More lift = more issues elsewhere. Also, when lifting, your axle clearance stays the same anyway, on your solid axle. The only real way to lift the whole vehicle is to fit bigger tires.
