Getting the Wheeling Fever

My vehicle (2.8 Intercooled Turbo) recently went to a Bosch centre for overhauling the injectors and Bosch VE fuel pump.

I don't know what these guys did, but since the vehicle came back from them, I have these dead zones when I accelarate at full throttle. The Bosch guys are unable to solve this problem, since they are unable to pick it up when the vehicle is on the Dyno.

Any suggestions?
