R Roland2655 OP Getting the Wheeling Fever 4crawler the latest I'm getting from the mechanic is they want to replace the steering box? Doesn't seem like that is the problem. I'm leaning toward soemthing internally in the steering box is plugged up because it makes a one heckuva racket when you turn the steering wheel. It sure sounds like the pump is being starved for fluid, and that's about the only way I can think of it happening still.
