Looks like some of my hard work is gettin some of the spotlight lately. For those that dont know I've been Crew Chief for Team RedBull for a couple years now, and this year we built an all new car for Becca to compete with in the Pro-Mod class of WERock. Its been in 6 competitions so far, and gotten four 2nd place finishes and two wins. Not bad for a new car, especially with all the bugs we've been working out. Last month we made the cover with this shot from the Grand Nationals in Boyd, TX (note the StinkyFab decal in the rear wheelwell ) ![[Linked Image]](http://www.stinkyfab.com/images/web/DS1.jpg) This month the car is featured in DirtSports Masterpiece in Metal. A real honor for anyone, as they only showcase the very best in competition offroad machines. While I cant claim full credit on the buildup of the car, I was pretty closely involved all the way through the process. The guys at Blue Torch Fab did an incredible job building the car, and after spending a week at their shop in Alabama, I dont know how they do it. The weather there sucks in summertime. After they were done with it the car got shipped out here for finishing. I did all the electrical, brake, compressed air, and fire control system plumbing as well as a bunch of other things to get it competition ready. I'm definitely pretty proud of this one. ![[Linked Image]](http://www.stinkyfab.com/images/web/DS2.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://www.stinkyfab.com/images/web/DS3.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://www.stinkyfab.com/images/web/DS4.jpg) Dallas

That's a really impressive machine, and some awesome engineering work there. Congrats on the exposure!

awesome man, congrats on the good press! I think it's kinda funny that they left out the transfer case in the drivetrain section of the specs It's an air-shifted lovell case right?

Dallas, Do you know how close to my house you were in Boyd???? About 6 miles!!!!!!!!!!!
You guys could have stayed here and put your rigs in my shop. I've got about everything you'd need to work on the rigs. I was planning to go the competition but got the dates confused and missed it.
I have a guest apartment above the Garage. Plenty of room for the whole team if we need to pput everybody up. And 5 acres to park on. You can turn a Semi around in my back yard.
Damn Dude, you guys have definitly got to get ahold of me the next time your out at this way.
I'd like to see you and Becca again.
Curtis

Man I wish I had known that Curtis. We really coulda used it. We ended up swapping motors overnight between days at that event. Glad to hear you've got room to turn a semi too, since we just bought one We will be coming back there for the Grand Nationals again this year, so we'll definitely have to hook up. I'm really looking forward to it, that town treated us great, and the event site is by far the best in the country. If anyone is close enough to make it, I highly reccomend coming out for that one.

First off Congrats on the success! (I'm Jealous) Very Happy for you! Yea, Definitly plan on stopping by. The shop will be at ya'll disposal. And If I know how many folks need a bed. We can get that ready for you too. You could have swapped that engine, no sweat, out there in the shop. And parking shouldn't be a problem, unless it's raining like HELL!. Gets a little muddy out in the back yard. I'll bet I could get up a group of Isuzu Locals to show up for the Competition. Especially if they know you guys are gonna be out here. Kevin Jones is just up the road and he knows them all. I'll PM you my contact info. Not sure if it's changed from what you have. Curtis
