For the life of me, I can't figure out what "nut" you are talking about

Do mean the bolts that hold the hub cover on? If so, what hubs

shoot you know what The 2002 rodeos and passports and up have whats called a big nut no seriously. I do not have the ability to add manual hubs because of this reason. But in order for me to remove the hub assembly this so called big nut needs to come off. rear pain in the if you aske me. hence the axle swap.

I just didnt want to get stuck out on the trail without this socket. But at the same time I forgot to realize that this was not a problem on most of the trucks on this forum. sorry. I will take my chances. thanks for the reality check

Oh, the "big nut"

Hope you don't need to remove that this weekend, because I haven't a clue on the size.

Have fun!

I believe its 29mm.

I just did a search myself, looking for a photo that someone posted once, but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Anyway, as I recall, that hub nut is quite a bit bigger than 29mm... after all, that's only 2mm larger than the bolt you turn to crank the T-bars. --- My memory of that photo has me thinking that it's at least in the mid to high 30s, if not larger.

Not much help, I know -- Sorry.
