Folks, Has anyone else had the drivers door lock assy go out on them? Mine is a '01 with only 130K. I kinda expected longer life with all the R&D Toyota does. The dealer told me it would be $400+ to have it replaced and the parts dept told me the accuator assy was $290. Salvage yard time? Relatively easy to replace or is it a pain? Regards,

Yep, that's kinda the prob. Mine isn't one of those fancy models with a remote. I have to unlock it with the KEY 3 times before it will open.
