Just wanted to let you guys now that I've installed new tires on my rig, I'm now running on 37s, they are MTRs mounted on 15x10 Black rockcrawler wheels. I've always wanted to test the limits of our IFS. I will let you all know how it performs offroad, So far I've driven it on the road and have notice a bit difference on the RPM in comparison to the 35s, I now cruise @70MPH around 2800 RPM which is not too bad but perhaphs I might feel the difference more going up hill...we'll see! anyway, here is a picture of my truck on 35s: ![[Linked Image]](http://cap510.com/misc_online_pics/94SR/DSC05857-web.JPG) And here are some on 37s: BTW, I have not cranked my torsion bars yet! ![[Linked Image]](http://cap510.com/misc_online_pics/94SR/37mtr-web.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://cap510.com/misc_online_pics/94SR/37mtr-wed-side.jpg)

Am running the same tires on mine. Am running 5.29:1 diffs - what are you using? Mine goes better than I expected. I'm going to have to trim the rear of the front fenders, even though I've got a 3" body lift and have cranked the suspension. Think it's because my rims have a 70mm backspace.

is the width of the 37's still 12.5"?
also, with the 3 inch body lift, did you have to extend your t-case shifter and or anything else?

I'm going to have to trim the rear of the front fenders, even though I've got a 3" body lift and have cranked the suspension. Think it's because my rims have a 70mm backspace. I haved installed 4.90s R&P and the 3.15TC gears. At one point I was considering swapping axles with the smaller rear diff (3.0 V6) so that I can install 5.29s but eventhough the on-road performance might have been better I would probably be snaping axles often offroad running 37s. I know the AU boys have snap a few running only 35s. I don't really need the 5.29s on the freeway (yeah it will be nice to have them) the engine makes up for the lack of gears, it pushes enough power to cruise at a good speed and the 4.90s definitely help.

My 35s ride on 15x10 with 2.5" of BS. I figured I go with a more moderate offset to minimize stress on the suspension. I did have to extend some things with the 3" BL such as Shifter, Heater hoses, brake lines, etc.

wow man, nice job! yeah, I would stick with the 4.90's and the thicker axle. plus t-case gears give you all you need off road I would imagine. like I said, I am looking forward to maybe wheeling with you this summer before I deploy, we'll see if I am ready.
