I was looking at my rodeo and thinking to myself(which can turn out very bad)why doesn't anyone use rear leafs in the front? If you SOA the rear and hang the same springs up front with a SOA setup wouldn't it be the same height? Any feed back it appreicated and if it is a stupid question just let me know and I will shut up.

I know of a guy who did just that. Still had to add more lift to the back though. Most of the lift on the front depends on your mounting points. In fact, my brothers rig has the rear zu leafs up front. It is really high though. We need to lower it about 4 inches to be the same height as Tonka, which is already too tall.

I used most of a pickup rear pack up front and chevy 63"springs in rear. Flexes great in the garage

CPOM do you have any pics of your setup? I am curious to see if you mounted shackles front or rear? Also what does your front crossmember looks like.

I don't have any pics of the flex on my brothers as it is still in the works. We are thinking of swapping out to some longer flatter leafs so it has more droop and is not so tall.
