Seems a while back I read a post on where to buy tranny shift solenoids. Anyone know where to get these cheaper than the dealership? At $200 a pop, I might as well get a reman tranny <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

This info stolen from a Yotatech thread: "A340h solenoid kit I changed the solenoids in my A340h tranny November '05 and it took me three hours. I ordered the solenoids from Axiom Automotive Technologies, Inc. 1360 Ingleside Road Norfolk, VA. 23502 (800)-622-6997. The solenoid kit ( 97420K) has all 4 solenoids and cost me $179.77 plus tax. I figured I'd change all four since I was in their and did not want to do it again for another 20 years- the solenoids I replaced were original. Hope this helps."
