From the Pirate4x4 FAQ, I find two lists of bolt patterns:

I (4RnrRick) am about 95% positive that these are accurate dimensions.

Toyota Bolt pattern listing:
U-joint refers to the axle-end of the shaft, CV-joint to the T-case end.

The FJ60 FR/RR differential flange appears to be the same flange that Marlin sell minus the extra holes patterns. The OD of this flanges measures 103.75. I have pictures of the flange if somebody can post them.

I am looking to find the three most common bolt patterns for the 10mm bolt flanges.
Accounting for the slight measurement differences, looks like 60mm x 60mm square pattern is one for the u-joint flanges.
Then there seem to be two different rectangular CV flange patterns:
60mm x 68.5mm (which is what I measure off my '85 CV) and 60mm x 70.5mm (assuming this is not simply an bad measurement - since that dimension is in reference to an '84/up CV flange). I have also heard that the CV joints on the V6 trucks is a slightly different pattern than the CVs on the 4-cyl trucks. Is this so and is the above discrepency due to that difference?
So, would those 3 bolt patterns fit most of the Transfer case flanges w/ 10mm bolts? If not, which 3 bolt patterns would be most universal? This is for use in a bolt-in driveshaft spacer design, so want to make it as universal a fit as possible.
Thanks.
