I want to put in a locker ,but I'm not sure what type of axel I have is it 8 or 7.5 ,how do I tell what I have ,I know it is in the vin but I dont know how to read it. 86 4wd x cab all stock.

Rear is Eight inch, Front is seven.five!!!!!
