Getting the Wheeling Fever
My problem went to the next level. I was driving last night and it just died. It still turns over but IÆm getting no spark? I replaced the Coil thinking that was it but I still do not get spark through the coil. All the Jeep does is turn over like the coil wire is disconnected?

Prolly the sparkbox under the wiper fluid container... could be the PICKUP in the dist.

What is a sparkbox? Would I still get spark from my coil if it had anything to do with the distributor?

It was a 30AMP fuse for the engine controller. Was that what you meant BigJim when you mentioned the sparkbox?

I had the 4.2L that was in my Wrangler originally all figured out so now I get to figure out all the little problems with the 4.0L, still no regrets with the 4.0. I have gained 7 miles per gallon and about 70HP with swapping the two engines.

Thanks for all the help.
