thanks i thouhgt so but wasn't sure. I think It should have one wire hook up as well. I just bought the truck and trying to fix all the little things that are wrong with it. I found two connectors that not hooked up kind of by the alternator, one is a one wire hookup and the other is a two wire. I think the one wire is for the oil pressure and the two wire might be for the fan heater/ac fan speed, because the fan only works on the highest setting not any of the other settings. Anybody know for sure? Serenity is Awsome, Sobriety is moderationfor me!!

... and the two wire might be for the fan heater/ac fan speed, because the fan only works on the highest setting not any of the other settings. Anybody know for sure? That's not it. Your fan isn't working on all speeds because the resistor pack is bad. It's mounted in the ductwork under the dash. You'll see a 3-4 wire connector going into a duct. When you pull out the entire thing it will look like 3 coils of wire inside. They are the fan speed resistors, and are bad.

I fixed the oil pressure gauge by re-hooking the wire that was ripped off from the sender. thanks <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/patriot.gif" alt="" />

The other two wire connector is for the ADD, if so equipped, if not then a jumper should be in the connector in order for the 4WD light to work.

I have manual hubs, I think it is none ADD. I think it might be for the crankshaft positon sensor. I calling toyota today to get some info. of does anyone have any other advice? thanks
