I am ordering a ARB locker for my front diff tommorow and was wondering if anyone has come up with a better price than rocky-road.com at $698.00?

ummm.. I though the 10-bolt ARB was never a production unit. there was a one time limited run of 50 made. I don't think you're going to bargin shop this one around. Have you called rocky road to confirm they actually have one on shelf?

Not sure what you are thinking of Rob, but the 10-bolt ARB is available...just got one for my rig a few months ago.

Ok, maybe I'm a little <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/sleeping.gif" alt="" /> out of it. I didn't think ARB put this locker into continual production after our initial 50 person group buy.

When I bought mine from Matt, it was drop-shipped directly from ARB to me, so one would have to assume that it is still a production item.

Just talked to Ted at Rocky-road.com and he said they are out of stock right now but has an ARB shipment coming in early next week with a few RD94's. He also said this is not a limited production item.

This is a normal production item. I got one from Matt several month ago. Matt provides good service and good expertise on this item. This may be more important than price, becouse the item is rather complex and important, and if your are paying to somebody to install it, you are paying for the guy's time. If there is a problem, you are paying $$$ each hour to the guy. So, it's important to have no problem.
My ARB shipment had a minor problem in it, and Matt helped very quickly, saving my mechanic $$$ time.

Also check flea-bay for the locker from arb....rocky road had a store on there and was selling them a little cheaper if IRC. May have changed here recently but a while back when I was looking they were a little cheaper. Who knows...may save ya a few dolla.
