 Help! 2001 isuzu rodeo shake and make noise

in the past few days, my 2001 isuzu rodeo began to make noise and shake when I step on gas after stop at a red light.
The car will only shake and make noise for one or two second. And the car will go on driving smoothly.
And I also found if I step on the gas very slowing, the car proply will be OK. But when I step on the gas quickly, it is very likely to make such strange noise.
Is there anybody happen to know any possible reasons caused such noise and shaking? Thanks
My car already has 84k miles

Lifted or not lifted? Is the noise coming from the front or the rear? Engine noise, drivetrain noise, what? Are any lights coming on or is the truck throwing any codes?

didn't see any lights flash or code
my husband believes noise come from front of the car
and i think the whole body of car is shaking

One place to look is the driveshaft carrier bearing (the driveshaft is too pieces, this is the bearing between the two halves). They are prone to going out with lifted vehicles; but that doesn't mean it couldn't go out on a non-lifted truck as well. Check for some side-to-side/up/down slop in that bearing.
[edit] Just re-read that you said front of vehicle. The above would be for noise/shaking from the rear of the truck. You don't have a front brake caliper dragging, do you?

how does the motor sound? Does it shake and stuff if you are stopped in park/neutral and rev the motor, or just when you are moving?
