Go with one of the Toyota factory whites. Wheels can then be either silver or black and still look good. Touch ups will be a snap too!

I saw one that was painted john deere green. yeh you would think YUK...
but it looked pretty good, and that implement paint is tough also.
urban camo is pretty nice looking also if done right.
yellow, green, red. kind of anti camo in the real world.
if you are using spray cans, just have fun, wal mart has about the biggest selection of colors that I have seen.

I repainted mine with the stock color. Silver mettaliic color code 144 IIRC. I just did not put the stripe back on. I rather it without the stripe. Another vote for green.
When I repaint my Runner, I will do a hunter green.

Let me suggest something that will hide rust well. It is an old truck and it won't matter how good the paint job is or the prep work is done, rust will show up. A Red or Brown color will hide small rust spots much better than white or silver or any other light color.
