yes a hard mount ... but the key is in the frame mount bushings ..
a toyota frame is not a "flexable" frame because of the boxing , so the mounts are the key .. in my opinion. seal the cab/bed area .. and the propper mounts .. you have a seal .
I have done extencive reasearch in this area , and have the mounts for sale .. (not yet posted on my site ) but if your interested , just email me .

Thanks ... nut-certs are an awesome tool for your toolbox . expencive , but EXCELLENT . I personally have NEVER had one fail .

ok .. so , started on the rear shield .. got out my TEMPLATE and fit it into place .. It is nice to know that idle time is consumed by focused activities. No way I would have spent this amount of work to get a driver to run. Kudos.
