Stupid question here, do the driveshaft bolts need lock washers? I know stock they have them. Does it matter which side they are on? the Nut or the bolt side?

If I use washers there, I put them on the nut side. I think one of my flanges is too thick to use the washers, so just use the nuts as-is.

On the rear flange I put the lock washer on the bolt head side so I can put it in from the front side and then the nut and bolt clear the seal better. Use locktite on the hex nut.
