As I was driving I-5 northbound nearly Mt. Vernon, WA., I was passed by a SAS'd 1st Gen Trooper. It was Dark Blue in color with Washington plates. It appeared to be a late first gen Trooper with a round-eye grille.
It passed me about 5:20 PM. Anyone own up to owning this one?
