Need a Spot
I need some help adjusting the e brake on the 95 Runner. Should I just replace the rear shoes and let it self adjust or take up the slack from the rear. The adjusting nuts are tight and caked with under coating. Any advice will be appreciated.

Body Damage is Cool
Replace the shoes then see if it needs adjusting, it may not. It wouldn't hurt to free up the adjusting mechanism nuts anyway, you'll need them at some point.
