Try cleaning your headlight lens with tooth-paste, it will work.

Tried polishing them. The outside is great. Its the inside of the glass that is tarnished. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/zombie.gif" alt="" />

I believe that if you were to examine the lens cover very closely, you may find in fact that there are very small fissure like cracks on the inside. There is no way to get rid of these. I used a product from Bavarian Motor works $39.00 and it caused improvement in the neighborhood of approximately 20%---although not good enough to my liking <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/oink.gif" alt="" />
I later replaced both lights at about $100.00 each. I also discovered that the "new headlamps" were made a little differently (WOW go figure)! They appeared to be made better in the quality of material. I also believe that they will NOT tarnish.

i think his skid plate is still there. it just may be beat up badly is all.
95 sportage, gone and severly missed. 94 camaro 5-speed v6 with a few addons. girlfriends 93 s-10 4.3 soon to be lifted and made into a pre-runner
