Hey, I searched around but couldn't find a thread on this. I am putting a limited slip 12 bolt rear end in my 88 Trooper. The LS diff. is out of a 90 Trooper.
What gear oil is recommended? Any special additives needed for the LS?
Thanks, Grant.

75w90 or 80w90 should be fine as long as you add a bottle of limited slip additive along with it. I believe it's GL5 that already is ready for the limited slip without adding anything else.
