Forced Induction 3.4?

I have a question for those that have done forced induction on 3.4 after swap into 2nd gen 4Runner.

What did you do with the vacuum line for the brake booster, and also the small vacuum line for the front diff. ADD system? Also is there any other vacuum lines that need to be addressed for forced induction?
