Hi everyone, this maybe a stupid question, but I don't know the answer. Are all 22r engines the same? 2wd or 4wd? efi or carb? Thanks. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />
if u ain't 4 wheelin, whats the sense...

The basic long blocks are similar, and the Babcox page mentioned is VERY good.
22R = carb last year offered in 4wd was '87. 22RE = EFI last year offered '95 (pre-Taco) 22RET = turbo
