Well, I recently hit a deer on the way home one night. Insurance company looked at the truck and said it was repairable. New bumper, lower valance, headlight, signal light , side marker light, some other body work. NO, IT WON'T BUFF OUT! Worked a deal with the body shop to not replace the bumper. I was going to get the TJM T17 bumper, since it is the only one avaialable now. Got online and ordered it from the closest TJM distributor. 3 days later I get a call from the distributor. I call him back and he informs me that the last one was just sold and TJM (for the T100) is not going to bring anymore into the country. It looks like if anyone wants a TJM bumper, they will have to find one either on e-bay or from someone else. Maybe you can find a local fab shop to make you one like you want. I would have loved to have the TJM T15 for the extra protection and the increased amount of deer hits in my area. I found one place on the internet that says they offer a T100 front bumper, http://www.kenmtn.com/ They did not offer any pictures of one on a T100. IF you know of someone that may offer an alternative bumper for the T100, post up. Maybe a local fab shop you know might be willing to make them and offer us a deal on a group buy or something. I thought that everybody here might want to know, if they started looking at an option for a front bumper. Mine will be going back to stock for now.

Try this link Bill. You can order a "Blemished" T17 direct from the TJM supplier in Knoxville, TN. They show one for $350, with shipping it should run you around $500. You have to go through their order process, they won't take calls on it, but fill out their online request form and they'll email you in a couple of days with the exact amount. Go to TJMbullbars.com and click on their "blems" link to start the order. They are not really blemished from my understanding, just a few leftovers. RE: Ken Mtn Fab, lots of posts online about their service but I have a friend who ordered a rear bumper and tire carrier from them and they got it to him in six weeks. He had some fitment issues but after some trimming and drilling it looks great. The Ken Mtn Wincher for the T100 - ![[Linked Image]](http://www.kenmtnac.com/sitebuilder/images/WiT100side-280x236.jpg) These pics are on their site. From the home page, click the custom vehicle and project tab, then the Toyota projects and equipment link, then click the Winchers for Toyota trucks ands SUV's. They're on there, just hard to find. Ken Mtn's rear bumper and carrier on my friend's '05 Nissan Frontier - ![[Linked Image]](http://s170537965.onlinehome.us/KcoWyo/gallery2/d/1585-2/Utah+016.jpg) Hope this helps. These, along with the Warn Multicarrier winchguard thing are the only offerings for a T100 front end that I'm aware of. Oh, and that is not my friend's real license plate, just a gag I pulled on him.

When I was looking for a TJM T17 back in 2000, TJM stopped all imports to the US for about a year. They started back up, but they've been known to just stop dealing with the US all together. From their website ( www.tjm.com.au) they don't say anything shocking like that, so maybe they're just trying to get rid of certain low-volume bumpers for particular vehicles from their product line.(?) I just want to mention one custom fabrication place I know of in Richmond, Virginia. www.independent4x.com does a lot of work for Isuzus, but I know they work with Toyotas and Jeeps too.

Creeper, after I posted that, I went back and found the bumpers in the Toyota section. I was going to post that I had found some pictures of their bumper. Creeper said: Go to TJMbullbars.com and click on their "blems" link to start the order. They are not really blemished from my understanding, just a few leftovers.
I have been there and done that. I haven't heard from them in over 2 weeks. I should have at least heard something from them by now. Gave them my e-mail address and 2 different phone numbers where I can be reached. I have heard nothing from TJM. My guess is they are sold out, the website hasn't been updated and they are showing at least one blemished T100 bumper. Anybody got a contact person and number for TJM USA? surlynkid said: kennesaw mountain has had some really bad reviews around the web. buyer beware. I believe that I had read this before somewhere. I am not sure that I want to go that route just yet. Thanks surlynkid for the reminder. I will continue to look for other bumper manufacturer's. It would be sweet if the new Tacoma ARB bumper would fit the T100.... it won't, the frames are slightly different. I guess with enough money and fabbing, it could be made to work! I'll let you guys know if I find anybody else on the net and see what you guys think.

And to think, I was gonna go with the Kennesaw mtn bumper.. I checked out some reviews, few bad ones, one where the guy never got his bumper but then again they were in development of making one for his nissan. Another guy whose bumper was hastily painted and packed still wet and rusted, and the hitch pin for the rear carrier didnt line up, another guy who waited 2 months for his..
EDIT: Checked them out some more, good reviews. I think I will order it but make damn sure I do it by credit so I can do a chargeback if needed.
But thats all I can find right now, I dont know if I want one now..
I dont know what else to do tbh, mostly b/c there is only 1 4x4 shop near me an hour away and I cant loan them my truck for a week right now...
No one else makes bumpers for these trucks and a bullbar is pointless really except for a light mount-I dont darn trust a winch on it tbh.

think about the headache of returning a 100lb item. i would not mess with kennesaw. you have no local fab shops that build race cars? even roundy rounders build cages. they can build a bumper.

Well, I called TJM and spoke with Mark. No more TJM bumpers for the T100. SOLD the last one a couple of weeks ago. I asked about "blemished" T100 bumpers. They are sold out of those also and there are no plans to bring anymore of them into the states...I'm figuring discontinued! They haven't updated their website yet!
Surlyn, as far as local roundy round shops go, most of the local race track drivers buy their frames, etc from a couple of suppliers. Something to do with safety and not using the right materials could get somebody hurt or even killed. As far as the motors go, we have several machine shops that do great work. Some of the local shops do not have that good of a reputation for me to trust...similar to Kinnesaw Mountain, so I am skeptical. My local 4x4 shop owner said that he could fabricate me one, if I brought him a picture of what I wanted. I would then have to have it powdercoated or painted, it would be my choice. I'll go by there this weekend and talk to him and see if he can give me a ballpark figure on price. I know it won't be cheap, but maybe I can get what I want. I would like to see what his fabrication skills look like before I let him tackle making me a bumper.
CJMT100, Thanks for the links on the pictures of the bumpers. I'll use those for starters. I would like to have a bumper like surlynkid's...for the attack deer!
