Getting the Wheeling Fever
im looking to put a lift on my jeep here in the near future and was just wondering what a good stable height would be, im thinking around 5 inches or so with another 2 or 3 inch body lift for room for some bigger tires, im not gonna be going to crazy witht the offroading there isnt much around here anyways but i will be taking out to some trails around here so i want a little clearance and it a low ride to begin with

If you cant get there in a jeep you probably dont need to get there

thats a hell of a lot of lift, a 5in suspension lift plus a 2 or 3 inch body lift is 7 or 8 inches of lift plus the extra height of the new tires your going to need a ladder to get in that thing, i would suggest a just a 5in suspension lift or maybe a 3 or 4 inch suspension lift with a 1 or 2 inch body lift but its your ride so you get to choose what gets done to it

Body Damage is Cool
Rusty's has a pretty good long arm kit for the cherokee. You should look into that. If you are not going to be doing too much wheeling, I would avoid going with that much body lift... Cherokees are already pretty top-heavy. I would just go with a 5 or 6 inch suspension lift.

What type of wheelin are you gonna be doing, and what size tires do you want to run?

im just gonna be going a little off roading mainly trails and after thinking about it i think i am just gonna go with the 4 inch lift maybe 5, and playin im 6 and a half feet tall so a tall truck is no problem, i was looking at the picks on the readers rigs section and there a jeep wagoneer with a 4 inch lift that looks like its the height i want
