Getting the Wheeling Fever
If it's a "errrtch" type of sound, not a constant squeal, then you probably just getting to the bump stop and it's normal. A little unsettling for those around you, perhaps, but it's normal to make a little groan with these guys.

I believe I read that if you put some vaseline on the rubber bump stops it will quiet things down for at least a while, but I personally like to hear when I've reached the limits. It's great on the trail when slowly going over a challenging obstacle... it is a little aural feedback!

Yeah there is a surprising number of us in the high altitude CO area considering there's not a lot of power in these beasts to begin with. If you're ever wanting to hit a trail and/or camp out, give me a shout. The GF and I love to take the Liberty and Raider out when we can, and the more the merrier!

Body Damage is Cool
I put a big dollop of black silicone adhesive on the bolt/and bump/stop.--Lasts quite well..

It would be fun for a bunch of us to get together. I have a cabin at St marys Glacier. Plenty of great wheeling roads, fishing. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
