So as it says above and I did do a search and found nothing on the topic. I retrofitted a pair of e-lockers into my 89' SAS. Used the factory locker relay box, dash switch and axle to frame harness and and LED for the "locked" light. Everthing works great but when the diffs lock up, the LED flashes. Now I know that on the factory equiped trucks with a locker, the light will flash only if the diff does not lock all the way. My diffs are locking up and if they were not locked all the way, you would hear the motor trying to make them lock up. Not to mention, during the install, I had the truck on jacks stands and they certainly made the notorious clicking engagment sound and locked up the diffs. Drove the truck, locked up the diffs and they ARE locked. Has anyone done this or heard of this light flashing after a retrofit. I followed the wiring from an e-locker link having a good reputation as well.
