...while driving down the road that is.
When in the lower RPM range, the truck bogs down and really takes its dear sweet time to pick up speed. It finally hooks up past 3500 RPM. Idle is also rough w/ no stalling...yet.
I'm gonna give the throttle body a good cleaning, along w/ the EGR to see if that helps any. Anything else I should inspect??
Also, it's been leaking fuel on 'n off again, but not all the time. I've got the air intake off and have been inspecting hoses 'n lines for any obvious damage (thought the line to the cold start was the primary culprit), but no luck yet.
Any advice is greaty appreciated!

Okay, forget about the bogging. I've got a bigger problem on my hands now thanks to my hands! While installing the fuel line that goes from the cold start injector to the fuel rail, I over tightened the banjo bolt and stripped the threads! So, my question is: Can that hole be re-threaded or am I S.O.L.? What a nice way to spend a day off...ugh.
Thanks,

Buy a plenum off e-bay or something. I see them there regularly and for pretty cheap too! I do not see why you couldn't helicoil the stripped threads but maybe that would effect how the fuel sprays? Might not seat exactly where it is supposed to and cause undesired performance, I do not know, maybe somebody else does.
As far as the bogging is concerned at lower rpm's, classic symptom of a vacuum leak or possibly intake tube cracked, inspect all thoroughly and my guess is you will find the problem.

Also check the intake manifold gasket and the plenum gasket. Common failure. I see it quite a bit at the shop. just spray some brake clean on both with the truck running and see if your idle changes on one or the other or both
