Should the hose that goes from the valve cover to the top of the air filter be sucking or blowing? Because mine blows, just slightly. I would think since there is a vacuum on the PCV valve it should be sucking air . . .?

Also, would I be safe putting a little breather on that valve? I don't have the stock air filter anymore, just a box filter on top of my weber carb.
