Need a Spot
Hey guys, about a month ago i hit a rock with my truck driving to school. It bent the sub-frame back and up. I have been thinking about putting a straight axle in it, but i'm not sure what to use. It is a 91 extended cab pick-up, and i have been going back and forth between the dana 44(which would be wider and require spacers in the back), or an old toyota axle(which would require spacers in the front). What do you guys think? This truck is my pride and joy, and i love hunting and being outdoors but right now i am driving a car, that is why i don't sell it. Any suggestions or advice too would be much appreciated.

Thank you
Jordan

What to do??

if you do decide to axle swap it, run a Toy axle. pick up some Longfields and it'll outlast most D44's. don't get me wrong...i'm a big fan of the Dana44, i'm just a bigger fan of the Longfielded toy axle <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />!

SAS88TOY, caged, lockered, Longfielded, etc. etc. etc. blah blah blah!!!
