Previous Thread Next Thread Print Thread Rate Thread Gen 1- Rear End Assembly #807135 04/21/07 06:50 PM Joined: Apr 2007 Posts: 19 North Bend, WA R RichSmith OP Need a Spot Thanks to the guys on this forum, I was able to identify a Gen 1 Rear End with LSD and pick up the whole thing with brakes, shocks, and leaf springs all still attached for $75.00. Terrific! Here's my question: The donor 1986 Montero was being parted out and the seller thought Mitsubishi had a deal with FORD back then. He thought it was actually a narrow FORD 9" rear end assembly. Can anyone confirm this or was he mistaken?
