recently bought an 88 Runner with the Aluminum SR5 wheels. They are in decent shape but i would like to have them cleaned up a bit. i brought them to one guy who said he couldn't do them because of the factory cross hatch pattern. he suggested Scotch Brite. I was also thinking of having them Powder Coated but not sure exactly what that entails or what it costs.

Has anyone had there SR5 wheels refurbished? Any suggestions? I am not looking to spend mega bucks but would like them to look nice.

Any advice is appreciated!!
