i have a 78 jeep cherokee witht the 360 5.9 2 barrel carb, now i have 2 lines that go from the tank to my fuel filter, one comes directly from the tank and the other goes thru the pump

thats what it looks like somewhat, sorry i couldnt get a pic, just wondering if the second line that runs from the backside of the filter is like a pressure relief thing that pushes extra gas that is pumped back into the gas tank or what


If you cant get there in a jeep you probably dont need to get there

yeah yeah thats what happens when you use paint to draw diagrams lol, and thanks i was hopeing that it wasnt taking as much fuel as was running thru the pump, if it was it ran about 1mile to the gallon lol then i know there was something wrong <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />
