Can anyone offer some suggestions for installing Rancho front shocks? I'm installing a set of 99136 after my last two sets of standard length shocks died, but the bushing seems a little too big for the bottom mount and I can't seem to get it in, even without a sleeve.

Thanks!

Gotta trim the bushing down a little for it to fit. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

The metal sleeve or the poly? I trimmed the metal, do I need to try to take some off the poly too?

Body Damage is Cool
Just trim the poly or spread the metal brackets on the lower a-arm a little by hitting them with a hammer. They technically don't make Rancho shocks for Rodeos, so minor modifications are usually necessary. The rear shocks take a little more modications to work because the metal sleeve provided doesn't fit the shock post.
