I was wondering what is a good replacement. Or can I rebuild mine and make it like a G-54. Re: Transmissions [Re: harley1615] #808969 05/01/07 01:23 AM Joined: May 2002 Posts: 114 Monument, CO superv43 Wheeler You could also use a W56 from a newer truck as it should pretty much bolt right in and is stronger than a G52 I believe you will want to find the W56-C variation which has the forward shift transfer case like the G52.
