That link doesn't work, so here is one that does:

The t-cases are pretty near bullet proof. What makes you think its a t-case bearing? There are a bunch of bearings in there, and some are a lot easier to get to than others. Does the output have play in it? A lot of times the problem is just a loose output flange nut.

Body Damage is Cool
Do you have a center support bearing on the rear drive shaft? Maybe its that, I never heard of anyone trashing a transfer case bearing but they say if the truck is towed for a long distance with the drive shaft connected that can trash the t-case bearing from lack of lubrication.

This would only be true if the transfer case was in neutral. Otherwise, all the internal components would be turning and the oil would still be pumped around.
Most people would put the transmission in neutral for towing, which would cause the wear to be in there instead. But, anything is possible.

Well, there is a little play not even a 1/16 of an inch if that hard to say.
My only other thought is that when I put on the OME coils I didn't drop the panhard a couple of inches (Only a 2 in max lift to correct the sag.) So the axle is kicked out to the left a about 3/4 of an inch.
No chunks in tcase fluid fluid looks good. Hate to think its the tranny. Its been going on for a while but no change in noise level really. Friggen Bi-zar~!

Well you didn't mention the lift. It may simply be a driveline angle issue. The height is more likely the problem than the offset.

The easy diagnostic would be to put the old coils back in an see if the problem goes away.
