Drive back from fishing today I heard a noise coming from the front and adn when I got home I lifted the truck and checked it out, my Idler arm has play on both ends (where is connects to the sterring relay rod and the end that connects to the frame. I think I remember reading one here somewhere about being able to replace just the bushings on the idler arm, anyone remember that? have a link?

The relay rod end isn't serviceable so you need to replace the arm.

I'd recommend replacing it with a Total Chaos idler which is fully rebuildable, but you will probably never need to.
