When in 4wd the driveshaft wont turn by hand so the xfer case is fine. The vacuum line coming off the add thingy on the front diff leads towards the driver's wheel, through a coupling, and up towards the top of the shock where it is disconnected. I can't find any plugs or loose lines within it's reach. Any idea where this line needs to go? I'm pretty sure thats why the 4wd won't engage. I'm still learning my '99.
